Tuesday Morning QB (CFL Week 9)

There is a difference between a contact sport and a collision sport as a lot of sports are contact sports but only a handful are collision sports. Football falls into the collision category with every play in a game resulting in multiple collisions in the field. It is a sport that will do its damage on players and with an average career of 2.5 years in football it can have its impact.

Teams Looking to Gel in the East (2013 Eastern Division Preview)

The Eastern Division is celebrating a win as a whole after 2012 with the Toronto Argonauts winning the 100th Grey Cup. For the East it is a win but for three teams it was a lost opportunity as they would all lose to the Argonauts in the end. Now the East is looking to make it two in a row as they hope to go to Regina and win another Grey Cup.

Will Youth Rule in the West?

The Western Division of the CFL, like the rest of the league, has gone through a number of changes in the offseason. Most notably for the West, there will be a lot of new faces that are stepping up to lead the team.

Tuesday Morning QB (CFL Week 6)

The CFL is quickly approaching the halfway mark of the season and teams are preparing to change their seasons, or keep them the same. Winnipeg and Edmonton faced off in a clash of the top two teams in the league with both surprisingly leading their conferences. Meanwhile Saskatchewan and B.C faced off in a battle of two of the worst teams in the league. The trends have continued as well with the Argos and their offence looking impossibly bad. During the dominance of the Argos Montreal QB Anthony Calvillo broke yet another record this time for most CFL career completions. Montreal had their tumble of two games but now they seem to be back to normal while the Argos don’t seem to be getting better anytime soon. In the other game of the week Hamilton tried to continue their strong play against the Calgary Stampeders who have not played up to their standard as of late. The Stamps finally got back to normal beating the Ti-Cats.
