The playoff race is here as the spots are drying up fast with teams continuing to try and fight for the last chance to play in November. This week the B.C. Lions would run through the Blue Bombers and would get the second spot in the division. They would join the Calgary Stampeders as two of the three spots in the West are now gone with only one left. In the East the Toronto Argonauts would take the first playoff spot in the division.

The preparations have begun for the addition to the CFL with the Ottawa Redblacks joining the league next year. With the announcement of the Blue Bombers move to the West and the expansion draft becoming a bigger topic the CFL is ready for its 9th franchise. Plenty of Rebuilding in the West (2013 West Division Preview)

The Western Division will get the Grey Cup back this year as one of the loudest and most loyal fan bases will get their chance to welcome the CFL once again. Regina will host another Grey Cup as some of the best fans will welcome fans from across the country for another celebration of a great Canadian game. Last year the West would travel to the East for a legendary Grey Cup but they would come up short in the 100th Grey Cup.

Tuesday Morning QB (Week 13)

This week the Saskatchewan Roughriders announced their plans for a new stadium in the heart of Regina. The new stadium will mean the end to the old Mosaic Stadium one of the classic stadiums in the CFL. 99th Grey Cup Preview

The CFL season is coming to an end and the 99th Grey Cup will take place this Sunday in the newly renovated B.C. Place. For one of the oldest trophies in North America the Grey Cup gets closer to its 100th year anniversary, held next year in Toronto. Tuesday Morning QB (CFL Week 6)

The CFL is quickly approaching the halfway mark of the season and teams are preparing to change their seasons, or keep them the same. Winnipeg and Edmonton faced off in a clash of the top two teams in the league with both surprisingly leading their conferences. Meanwhile Saskatchewan and B.C faced off in a battle of two of the worst teams in the league. The trends have continued as well with the Argos and their offence looking impossibly bad. During the dominance of the Argos Montreal QB Anthony Calvillo broke yet another record this time for most CFL career completions. Montreal had their tumble of two games but now they seem to be back to normal while the Argos don’t seem to be getting better anytime soon. In the other game of the week Hamilton tried to continue their strong play against the Calgary Stampeders who have not played up to their standard as of late. The Stamps finally got back to normal beating the Ti-Cats.
