Last minute changes in Sacramento (UFC 177 Review)

The UFC had planned one of the biggest rematches of the year to highlight UFC 177 in a night that was supposed to provide redemption or reassurance. TJ Dillashaw was the champion after beating a man nobody thought he could beat in Renan Barao. Chances seized in San Antonio (UFC Fight Night 44 Review)

In 2007 a 21-year old rising star would make his UFC debut in the undercard of UFC 71 and would lose that fight via submission. That was in large part due to his ability to string together wins and earn fight bonuses in most of his fights.
