The NFC South has been through a massive period of change in recent years after a long battle between two teams has taken a back seat.

2014 NFL Preview: NFC South

The NFC South has been a division of two teams for the last few years and those two teams have not let loose of the grip. The Atlanta Falcons and New Orleans Saints have quickly created one of the best divisional rivalries in the NFL and it has been the focus of the NFC South for the better part of four years. In the four years from 2009-2012 no other team won except for Atlanta and New Orleans while the runner up in three of those four years was either the Saints or the Falcons.

The season will always wear on players and they will always go down with injuries but for the teams that are suffering it seems to be the wrong time and the wrong players.

Defenceless Division (2013 NFC South Preview)

The NFC South is a division that has a lot of potential and could be one of the most frustrating divisions to be a fan. A main reason for this is the fact that the NFC South is known more about their offence than their defence.

The NFC West has come a long way since the time that they were the joke of the NFC with terrible teams. There have been the odd strong team in the NFC West as some teams have broken out to have great seasons. Every year that a team has gone to the Super Bowl the other three have given almost no resistance to the division champions. All of that has changed though as the NFC Wet has become one of the most competitive and toughest divisions in the league.
