The Bowl Season is officially in full swing as the holidays will see bowls take over the airwaves for the better part of the week. As the bowls rev up more teams get their shot at a national audience or an international audience. As the bowls move on though more and more a pattern appears on the sidelines of many NCAA teams

Throughout the history of the BCS there have always been controversies and it becomes even more apparent in the Bowl Season. With the rankings set the bowls are created and there are a set of rules to determine these bowls. More specifically there are rules to creating what are known as the BCS Bowls. These bowls are The Rose Bowl, The Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, The Allstate Sugar Bowl, The Discover Orange Bowl, and The BCS National Championship.

W2W: Christmas Edition (Dec. 23-27)

The Sports world will enter the end of the year and that means more big games and tournaments. This weekend will be the start of that as the Christmas Long Weekend will feature four days of sports. As the Christmas holidays start it seems as though there is a lot less games as the NHL and other leagues take their holiday breaks.

NCAA Football Report (Bowl Week 1)

The Bowl season is one of the best parts of the NCAA season with a total of 35 bowls to be played. One of the best parts about these 35 bowls is that there are a number of great games between teams that you rarely see on National TV. This was the case in the first bowl week as the three bowls that opened the season featured a number of unranked, yet good, teams. One of these bowls was the R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl between the San Diego State Aztecs and the Louisiana-Lafayette Ragin’ Cajuns.
