Macao gets Better with Time (UFC on Fuel TV 6 Review)

The UFC entered another domain this weekend as they held their first ever fight in China as they highlighted the talent from the continent. The Main event would be a matchup of an Action Movie star and a former High School English Teacher in the middleweight division. As Cung Le and Rich Franklin stepped into the octagon it was a clear reminder of how far the UFC had come.

The world domination of the UFC continues in one of the biggest moves yet least talked about in the UFC. UFC on Fuel TV 6 will be the second time that the UFC ventures in to Asia and the first time they will set foot in China. The first fight in China will feature some of the best fighters from Asia in a fight card that seems to look back to the old days of martial arts.

Brazil’s Big Night (UFC 147 Review)

One of the busiest weeks in UFC history concluded on Saturday as the double header of fights finished with UFC 147. It started with UFC on FX 4 on Friday as the UFC would host their first ever back-to-back fights in their history. UFC on FX 4 saw a number of great fights on the card but the main event disappointed.

Rematches have become a part of the UFC plan in this stretch of fights with the trilogy of Stout-Fisher and rematch of Silva-Sonnen. In between these two fights will be another rematch as the Light Heavyweight division sees Rich Franklin and Wanderlei Silva rehash their longtime rivalry.
