The NCAA saw a rare sight this week when two top ten programs faced off led by two Heisman Trophy candidates as the regular season saw some big action in the middle of the season that is sure to have an influence in the playoff.

The Sports world will enter the end of the year and that means more big games and tournaments. This weekend will be the start of that as the Christmas Long Weekend will feature four days of sports. As the Christmas holidays start it seems as though there is a lot less games as the NHL and other leagues take their holiday breaks.

The Sports world is continuing to roll along with midseason approaching for some and the end of the season approaching for others. The End of the Season is already here for College Football as the Bowl Season will start this weekend. With the New Mexico Bowl, Famous Idaho Potato Bowl, and the New Orleans Bowl all this Saturday the Bowl season will start with a full day of games.
