NCAA Football Report (Week 5)

The NCAA Football season marches on into October where games get more important with the playoff rankings around the corner. On October 28th the first ever playoff rankings will be released meaning that teams have four more weeks to make an impression and at least put themselves in the running for a playoff spot. That doesn’t necessarily mean that teams will need to earn a top 4 spot as it only really means they have to put themselves in a position to get in the top four at the end of the season. As October arrives teams look to the heart of their season as the first month for many of the top teams was full of good but not great teams.

NCAA Football Report (Week 4)

The NCAA would see possibly one of the worst weeks of football in recent memory as it seemed that the entire league had taken a week off. The top teams in the league would take on some much lesser talent and smaller schools. It is something that happens often as head coaches are allowed to schedule their own games and pick a few weak teams to go against.

The NCAA is a league that prides itself on providing top tier education to athletes from a number of sports. The two biggest sports in the NCAA are basketball and football and one big reason for this is the fact that these sports are the training ground for future professional athletes. The fun of watching these sports is to see the development of young talent as they do their best to make the professional leagues.
