TUF 19 ends on a High Note (TUF 19 Finale Review)

The Ultimate Fighter has already proven to change lives and has already been mentioned as a major reason for the growth of the sport. It has become a constant throughout the calendar as there are two shows every year plus the international shows that continue to bring new fighters to the UFC. The UFC made their return to Japan on one of the longest Pay-per-View fight cards ever with 7 fights on the main card. Japan has always been one of the centres for the MMA world with some of the biggest promotions in the world.

UFC 144 Preview

The UFC continues to expand throughout the world as they have already conquered North America, aside from New York, and Great Britain. A number of fights in Europe and Brazil have also shown that the UFC is willing to go anywhere to showcase the sport. Along the way the UFC has gone to a number of places that are crazy for the sport of MMA including Toronto, which Dana White called the Mecca of MMA, Brazil, the birthplace of modern MMA, and of course Britain, the birthplace of the bar fight.
