The NHL could be expanding to Seattle very soon but that leaves one city hoping to get back into the league in a difficult spot as they are the most ready to get a team yet might become a bargaining chip for the league.

The Atlantic Division is one of the biggest division in the league and that is largely due to the fact that there are more eyes on these team than any other in the NHL putting plenty of pressure to compete on every team in the division.
