The MLB season is coming to an end and as it marches towards the postseason a few players are seeing an uncertain future including one who gave everything to his team only to decline just as they rise.

The MLB is heading to the end of the season with teams at very different ends of the spectrum and those two ends of the spectrum might cause some fireworks like they did this week.

2017 MLB Preview: AL West

The American League West looked like it was headed to becoming a very competitive division but it never panned out leaving one team on top which is where they hope to stay at the end of 2017 despite the rising of a few teams in the west.

The American League West was much like its counterpart from the National League as there was a sense that it was falling behind the other divisions. When trying to earn a spot against the AL East it can be a difficult road as it essentially means that the division is the best bet to make the postseason. That can be said for every division but with only two Wild Card spots and the East consistently in the hunt for both other divisions make their division race much more important.

MLB Week in Review (August 11-17)

USA has been in a constant state of change since it was first settled as the New World in the 1500s. From that point on Americans went from being British to their own country and developed in to the latest world super power. There have been many bumps along the way though and one of the most studied has been the tumultuous period of the 1960s. During this time many people fought for their rights in the country including African Americans.
