The New Powerhouse (2013 AFC North Preview)

The AFC North is on the same type of path as the NFC West except they are a step ahead as they are the toughest division in football. Most good divisions have two good teams while the other two struggle. This continues on year after year as teams fall and team rise there always seem to be two good and two bad teams. That is not true in the AFC North as they have gone from a typical division to the toughest. There are not only two teams that can win this division but instead there are three teams with another on their way up.

The Combine is over and the Pro Days have been held as the next generation of football stars is ready to start their new life. NCAA Football Report (Week 12)

Yet another wild weekend in the NCAA saw the BCS shift yet again leaving very few undefeated teams. The NCAA has gone through a number of these changes over this year making the bowl season even more unpredictable than ever. The season started with Oklahoma on the top but they were leapfrogged by the LSU Tigers who have turned out to be the best team in the NCAA.

NCAA Football Report (Week 11)

The NCAA has been full of controversy in the past years with more than their fair share of scandals. The majority of these scandals deal with the many recruiting violations that have plagued the NCAA over the past few years. There is one team that has kept out of the spotlight for infractions have been the Penn State Nittany Lions. Under head coach Joe Paterno, who is the winningest coach in NCAA history and the longest tenured coach with 60 years at Penn State, the Lions have been clean.

NCAA Football Report (Week 10)

A football team is made up of many different parts like the lineman, skilled players, linebackers and defensive backs. There is also a bigger division with all of these players put into larger categories like the Offence and Defence. Then there is the Special Teams that seems to be a separate part of the team and one that gets little respect. Kickers and special teams players get little to no focus as they do not get a lot of love. There is a clear division with these players from the team but there is also a divide within the special teams.

NCAA Football Report (Week 4)

The craziest fans in the NCAA are generally located in the South and this has come to great focus in the past years. With the multiple conferences in the NCAA there is always a debate as to who has the best conference. The answer has all but been answered in the past few years as the South Eastern Conference (SEC) has boasted some of the best teams in the NCAA. Since the establishment of the BCS National Championship in 1998 the SEC has had 7 of the 12 winners including the past five champions. This seems to be continuing in 2011 as Oklahoma was knocked off of their top spot by the LSU Tigers out of the SEC.
