The AFC South is a division that continues to be defined by injuries and once again this year the division could finish any possible way depending on how healthy each team remains.

The AFC South has been a division that has struggled to find all of the pieces as the quarterbacks have been found for most teams but the other pieces are not quite there.

The AFC South is all bout the young pivots as every team can win this division depending on how their young QBs perform in the upcoming season.

The AFC South is a division in transition as there are not too many teams ready to take that next step in the division.

Well the honeymoon phase is over in Cleveland after Johnny Manziel got his first start for the Browns in Week 15. There had been plenty of build up after Manziel dropped to 23 in the 2014 draft despite his great playmaking ability in college. He was not considered the most pro-ready quarterback in the draft though. His size scared many and his multiple issues off of the field made a lot of teams pass on him.

They are called the skill positions in football, those positions that touch the ball more often than other positions. These are the players that find themselves in the headlines and one the post-game shows every week. They are the most talked about players in the sport and are the players that everyone watches closely in every game. Although multiple positions carry this moniker there is one that stands above the rest when it comes to the NFL.

The AFC South has characterized by one dominant team at a time while the rest of the teams try to figure things out. The top team generally runs away with the division without much of a battle and the rest of the teams fall off far from the playoffs. For years that team was the Indianapolis Colts led by Peyton Manning. The Colts were the only team in the division every year and despite a few challenges from the Tennessee Titans every now and then, they were the only team in the division. The thing about that was that although they were the only team in the division they were also favourites to win a Super Bowl.

The NFL loves to build up their players and as is widely known it is one of the reasons that they are the most popular leagues in North America. As the NFL continues to build up players there are a handful that can be counted among the elite in the league. These players are not only the best players during their time playing but can be put into the debate of the best players to ever play in the NFL. These players are not so common with plenty of great players coming though the NFL ranks and only a few can enter the conversation of best ever.

The NFL has become a passing league in the last few years, although still with a love for the run game, and in turn has made the NFL a quarterbackâs league. In the NFL the most important position has become the man under centre and without a good QB that can at least manage a game you cannot win. This is why teams go all out to try and get that QB they think will lead them to the Super Bowl.
