2019 MLB Preview: American League

The American League will always be seen as the more modern of the leagues as they continue to lead the charge for power on the mound and at the plate.

2018 MLB Preview: AL West

The American League West was supposed to be a pretty goo battle in 2017 but that battle never came to light and this year might be a lot of the same as the West remains a division ruled by one very good team.

2017 MLB Preview: AL West

The American League West looked like it was headed to becoming a very competitive division but it never panned out leaving one team on top which is where they hope to stay at the end of 2017 despite the rising of a few teams in the west.

2016 MLB Preview: AL West

The AL West may not have the same history as their NL counterparts but a rivalry is forming and it could once again define the race in the division.

2015 MLB Preview: AL West

2014 MLB Preview: AL West

The American League West was much like its counterpart from the National League as there was a sense that it was falling behind the other divisions. When trying to earn a spot against the AL East it can be a difficult road as it essentially means that the division is the best bet to make the postseason. That can be said for every division but with only two Wild Card spots and the East consistently in the hunt for both other divisions make their division race much more important.

2013 MLB Preview: AL West

The West is looking to rule this time around as there are a number of teams looking for their chance to represent the division in the postseason. The American League West is likely the only division that can even challenge the American League East for the title of the best division in baseball. They are making an even better case for it as the season approaches with teams making moves and winning games.

MLB Week in Review (June 9-15)

With two and a half months gone in the 2012 season the MLB is beginning to even out now as the league begins to really take shape. The MLB is a long season and that means that there will be a lot of up and downs for teams. With 162 games a year losing or winning in the first few months means little unless you can extend that into the middle of the season.

Third time the Charm for the Rangers? (AL West Preview)

The AL West has been a very wild division in the last few years with every team looking like they have the ability to win games. Even though they have generally been even over the last years one dominant team has been dominating the division for the last two years. The Texas Rangers have become a new power in the AL making two appearances in the World Series in the last two years.
