UFC Fight Night 53 Preview

The UFC travels overseas once again on another busy day for the promotion as UFC Fight Night 53 marks the first in a double header for the day. The first of the fights will be in Sweden as the UFC returns to a hotbed of MMA with a host of European stars. None of these stars have been bigger than the young Icelandic fighter that will enter his first main event. Gunnar Nelson has proven to be one of the fastest rising European fighters in the UFC.

Lives Changed in Quebec City (TUF Nations Finale Review)

The UFC continued their expansion of The Ultimate fighter when they added The Ultimate Fighter: Nations to the long list of seasons. The new season would feature two countries against each other as Canada and Australia would provide the fighters for the new season. As usual the show was meant to add some more fighters to the roster of the UFC and in this case was an attempt to add more Aussies and Canadians to the roster.
