The MLB postseason is a long way away with 162 games between now and the start of the postseason but looking at the start of the marathon two familiar teams seem to stand out above the rest.

The American League West was supposed to be a pretty goo battle in 2017 but that battle never came to light and this year might be a lot of the same as the West remains a division ruled by one very good team.

The American League has consistently been ruled by the East but the last few years have been a time for the Central to take over and with the moves made this year they will continue to take over with some very strong teams looking to make their way to the postseason.
